(Outline approximate.)

This was the site of the Manitou Springs depot for the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad (later the Denver and Rio Grande Western).

(Not to be confused with the Colorado Midland depot, which is located behind (south of) the Manitou Springs Elementary School.)

It was built in 1881, following plans drawn by Dr. William Bell, for what was originally to be an Anglican church.

It became the office of the Villa Motel in 1946, and was torn down in 1969. Much of the original stonework was re-used for a building called "Cascade Station", located at 620 South Cascade Avenue, Colorado Springs.
