Harnessed horse racing from November 3 1965 to Spring 1970. 1.5 million invested in 1965 dollars. Sold by John Rollins(also owner of Brandywine and Dover Downs) for $167,000 in 1970 dollars to a convenience store owner in nearby Maryland with stipulation to not race horses for 10 years.
