198-foot, 15-story office building completed in 1916. Designed by Bloodgood & Sugarman, it is clad in brown brick above a 3-story black marble base. The base is three bays wide, with the entrance in the northern bay, framed by a brass rope molding and elaborate relief panels with brass urns, medallions, and swags. This is topped by a broken pediment. The other two bays have metal-and-glass storefronts flanked by red marble pillars. The 2nd floor has three large, multi-pane window, and the 3rd floor has triple-windows with brass mullions.

The upper floors each have six single-windows with stone sills. There is a stone cartouche at the top-center of the 10th floor, and a stone band course setting off the 11th-12th floors, which have blue-painted stone panels on the piers, and white-painted spandrels. The 12th floor is crowned by a projecting metal cornice with dentils and narrow brackets. The three penthouse levels are recessed and not visible from the street. The ground floor is occupied by Johnston & Murphy shoes.
