245-foot, 20-story Art-Deco office building completed in 1930. Designed by John Mead Howells, it is clad in light-grey glazed brick above a 2-story polished black granite, aluminum, and glass base, three bays wide. The main entrance is in the west bay, with recessed doors, covered by an angular Art-Deco canopy of metal and frosted glass. The other two bays have storefronts. The 2nd floor has two window groups in each bay, with narrow metal mullions, and panels at the top and bottom of black stone that the metal mullions extend onto, also decorated with silver metal geometric patterns at the top of each panel. The stone piers are also bisected vertically by silver metal fins that extend onto the brick piers of the 3rd floor.

The upper floors have paired windows in each bay, slightly recessed between the piers. The two end bays set back above the 12th floor, with the middle bay setting back above the 14th. There are additional setbacks at the end bays above the 16th, 18th, & 19th floors, and at the middle bay above the 18th floor, and also to the rooftop mechanical penthouse.

The east elevation is clad in the same brick with three bays of paired windows and a bay of single-windows at the front and rear, ending at the 2nd setback. The ground floor is occupied by Dishes restaurant.
