5-story diplomatic/office building completed in 1920. The base is framed by white smooth-stucco outer piers, while they are clad in brown brick on the upper floors. The 2-story base has brown metal and glass infill, with a central revolving door flanked by two single doors. Above is a large field of glass divided by thin metal framing into 6-over-2 windows. The consulate general of Colombia's seal is affixed at the center of the top of the base.

The upper floors have wide tripartite windows with brown iron mullions, metal transoms at the tops, and white-painted metal spandrels between floors. A roof parapet with stone coping, stepped up in the center, caps the facade. The building is occupied by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Columbia in New York.
