2-story mercantile building completed in 1936. Designed by Renwick, Aspinwall & Guard, it is faced in black-painted limestone. The ground floor has a recessed service door at the east end, with a wood-and-glass entrance door and large plate-glass window at the west. The 2nd floor has sets of verandah doors fronted by a black iron railing, topped by a black-and-gold signboard. The facade is crowned by the top edge of a fluted molding. The building is occupied by Maggie's Place restaurant, which opened in 1974.
