5-story mercantile building originally completed in 1869 as a townhouse. The 3-story, projecting commercial storefront was installed in the early 1900s. It is clad in black-painted brick with a large studio window on the 3rd floor, and a 2-story stainless-steel and glass storefront on the lower two floors. The 3rd floor is capped by a metal coping.

The two upper floors are set back, clad in red brick with remnants of red paint, and have two bays of round-arched windows with stone surrounds, including bracketed sills. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and a decorative frieze. The lower two floors are occupied by a Starbucks Coffee, and the 3rd by a psychic business.
