 restaurant, apartment building

A trio of 5-story residential/commercial buildings completed together as a unit in 1869. The facades are faced in painted brownstone, with 2-story projecting commercial storefronts of more recent date. Each address (58, 60, 62) has its own entrance with glass-and-metal doors, and the storefronts have a variety of metal, stone, brick, and glass surfacing.

The upper floors are set-back, with three bays of single-windows in each of the three joined facades. The windows have full stone surrounds with bracketed sills (joined) and cornices. A simple stone coping caps the roof line. The lower floors are occupied by The Pig 'n' Whistle Irish Pub & Restaurant, Yama Ramen restaurant, and a psychic reader.
