An access Road built to show prospective buyers the potential of the proposed ocean front residential are that will eventually be constructed upon completion of pre-sales.
In the meantime, several of the local expats have claimed this spot, even though temporarily, as their kite-surfing location of choice.
With 15-20 knot south easterly winds from april through october, and strong 20-35 knot northerlies in november/december, this man-made sandy outcrop in it's knee deep water surroundings provides one of the best kiting spots in asia for freestyle kite surfers and the best part of it, they say, is that nobody knows about it.
