Previously used as sheltered accommodation for the elderly.The 17th Century building is Grade II Listed and probably one of the oldest surviving houses in Bath. It was adapted as a Victorian Chapel in 1845.
The building has now been converted into 28 flats with a guest room, ancillary rooms and a large communal room. The large rear garden backs onto the River Avon.
