This multi-acre site is the home of Woodstock Toyota built between Sept 2006 and February 2008. The 1.8 million sq. ft. plant can produce 150,000 RAV-4 vehicles per year and employs 2,000.

  • what a waste of precious farmland to a foreign company. i wish the north american auto industry would hurry up and sell to the foreign companies, that way they could take over our current plants, re-tool them, and not have to bulldoze our food supply.
  • Hilarious. I have to comment on this. Bulldoze our precious farmland for a foreign company? How about taking a look at the urban sprawl to the left of the plant. How many acres of farmland are being wasted so housing developers can plop their cookies cutter POS homes all over the landscape. Forget about a few acres for a silly car plant!
