  This village is 40 km away from Harij. You can go by state bus or private vehicle.Shri Amthabhai Parmar served as teacher in this lovely sandy village Ved during 1977. It was difficult to go there in those days . There were not much transport facility in those days. I have not visited this village, but intend to go there for sake of my father's memory. When I got service in 1978, my father resigned and left job. My father used to stay there alone.

  The village name is vedh and not ved. Near to this village is a reservoir named vanilal which is a gud birding sight in winters after a good monsoon. One can also enter to Little Rann of Kutchh from here.
