Kotsiubynske is a former village (hamlet) in 12 km from the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant and 32 km from the former district centre – the city of Chornobyl, in the forest along the local road, in the Ivankiv Raion (district) of the Kyiv Oblast (region) of Ukraine.
Until 1986, it was part of the Chornobyl Raion (district).
At the time of the accident, it was the smallest settlement in the district.
Administratively, the village was subordinated to the Horodchane village council, and in the 1960s and 1980s – to the Chapaievka village council.
On the eve of the Chornobyl accident in 1986, 32 people lived in 21 households in the village.

After the accident on 26 April 1986, the village was evicted due to severe contamination, and the residents were relocated to Liudvynivka and Fasova villages.

Kotsiubynske was founded in the first quarter of the 20th century, and was officially de-registered in 1999.
