The Pasquale Hnos Restaurant is probably at the forefront of Peru's concept of the "fast-food restaurant". They are light years ahead of Bembo's (as well as the North American McDonald's, Burger King, KFC ...) on both quality of product, as well as taste. There are truly magnificent sandwiches, as well as full size platters, of turkey, chicken, vegetarian, barbecued spare-ribs sandwiches, and more. Unfortunately, they do not have steaks nor hamburgers. For beef, the definitive Peruvian all-star fast-food restaurant is "Mr. Steak" in the Jockey Plaza food court with runner-up going to Otto's Grill.

Tip: While the "Mr. Steak" at Jockey Plaza is outstanding, please avoid "Mr Steak's" other, over-priced, deluxe location on Avenida Aviacion about 3 or 4 blocks north of Ovalo Higuereta. It's ok if you're on vacation and want to splurge a little, but it's no bargain for the every-day Peruvian resident.

This location of Pasquale Hno's, which is really their flagship location, on "Cuadra 6 (block 6)" of Avenida Comandante Ladislao Espinar is situated between Calle Julio Becerra and Calle Lino Alarco. It is actually on the northwest corner of the "T-intersection" of Avenida Commandante Ladislao Espinar and Calle Julio Becerra. Best to just to tell your taxi cab driver "Espinar cuadra seis, por favor". That's how they do things here in Lima.
