  • builder is not able to give registration, some dispute in that property.
  • Please don't buy . this is disputed property . Builder is not giving possession with registration till now. I booked a flat in 2010 Dec. Already paid 95% of my hard earned money. i am taking legal advice from Delhi to sue against builder. If anybody bought flat in acropolis please contact me balram.sahoo@gmail.com

  • Dear Mr Sahoo I had booked a 3BHK flat in 2010. I have already paid 90% and they are declaring registration is not possible due to dispute.   • I have not received any letter from Acrux realcon pvt ltd regarding registration or payment of last instalment. recently they have asked for parking lucky draw where they said will intimate with who got stilt parking & who got open parking. That mail also not received. This is a pure fraud case. We all losing interest on bank loan since last 6 years. Please share your contact information & gather information of other buyers in this project. I have sent written mail to govt authroities,Comm police,economic offence,home secretary. Lets wait for their reply.

  • Dear Mr. shaoo, Is the dispute resolved as these lands are leased and for registration is the builder asking for service tax and vat. Should we pay these taxes directly to the Government or to the builder for these gothpatana flats . Have you done the registration , I am planing to by February 1st week 2017.
