Constructed in 1947 for Greyhound Bus Lines, the 225,000 sq. ft. building housed Greyhound's general offices, garage and repair facility. It had a capacity of 135 buses.
In 1977, local Department store, Crowley's, after closing their downtown store relocated their office and distribution operations to part of the building, occupying 179,000 sq. ft. of the facility.
Crowley's went bankrupt in 1999 and the property was sold in 2003
