Constructed in 1912, the two story, 20 unit, two building stone townhouse complex was acquired in 2010 by the non-profit Friends of Spaulding Court through a Nuisance Abatement Judgment. Comprised of neighboring residents, the Friends of Spaulding Court are rehabilitating the derelict units one by one. The group is financing the improvements through loans and fund raising.
