Vermesti Monastery is a convent for nuns dedicated to "Saints Constantine and Helen" (on May 21). The construction started on September 18, 2000, and the consecration was done on June 30, 2002 by His Eminence Vicar-Bishop Ioachim Bacauanul of Archdiocese of Roman and Bacau.
