Designed by Schultze & Weaver with decoration by John B. Smeraldi as the Los Angeles - Biltmore Hotel. 506 South Grand Avenue in Los Angeles was regularly used in hundreds of movies and television shows. It doubled as the Sedgewick Hotel in Ghostbusters. It was also seen in "Dave" and "Wedding Crashers", as well as many other movies. It was used in several music videos, too, such as "Shut Up" by Simple Plan.
