 atoll, draw only border

Ari Atoll is a large natural atoll in the Maldive Islands. Administratively, it was known as Alifu Atoll division (after the letter alifu in the Dhivehi alphabet). But in 1984, the atoll was divided into two administrative "atolls" (divisions), Alifu Alifu (which comprises the northern half of Ari Atoll plus the smaller Rasdhoo Atoll, and the tiny island atoll of Thoddoo) and Alifu Dhaalu (comprising the southern half of Ari Atoll). Ari Atoll comprises some 105 islands and islets, and has a population of over 14,800. There are a number of tourist resorts within this atoll.

Thanks to WM's policy of limiting the size of polygons,it is not presently possible to outline the atoll properly, so I have indicated in by an oval with arrows inside the lagoon.
