  • This property might need to be part of the discussion related to p.8 of the 'Recommended Plan Ammendment' (rezoning) http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/dpz/comprehensiveplan/amendments/s11-i-b1.pdf which does not seem to consider the lower impact of access via Rio Dr.
  • Does it appear there has been sufficient discussion of the impact of the planned amendments on the downstream & downhill, existing neighborhood sewer & drain infrastructure and geology? Is this analogous to coal co. 'mountain-toping'?
