Rocky Farm Barn (ca 1860 et seq.):

A 11⁄2-story uncoursed stone building, now in residential use, with stone foundation, stretched slightly asymmetrical 3-bay façade with center entrance set within 1-story porch, 3 wall dormers, off-center stone chimney, and brick chimney near the west end of the north elevation. To the west of the main building is a 2-story 2-stall garage with stone 1st story and shingled 2nd story; it is attached at its northeast corner to a large retaining wall, with built-in cooking fireplace, that connects with the northwest corner of the main building. The whole precinct is enclosed by a 6-foot high stone wall with openings toward the west end of the south wall and the south end of the east wall.

This was originally the barn for the 265-acre farm that extended in the 1st part of the 19th century along the coast from Cherry Neck Creek to Carroll Avenue; the farmhouse also remains at 121 Ocean Avenue (q.v.).
