Northern Nilandhe Atoll is an atoll in the Maldive Islands. It is composed of 23 islands, 6 of which are inhabited, along with reefs and lagoon. It is also known as Faafu Atoll, the administrative name for the district which is congruent with the atoll, according to the usage of assigning a letter of the Dhivehi alphabet (Faafu) to each district. The district capital is Nilandhoo. Overall the atoll has a population of 4,641.
