Rolling Acres had alway planned to have a fifth anchor tenant, and this corridor was built to attach to it whenever they found a store willing to build at the location. Eventually Target went in, but didn't build a two-story building; in fact, they didn't even build to match the design of the mall. The result was a short upstairs corridor that went to an out-of-the-way back entrance to the mall, and a strangely-shaped elongated downstairs corridor that didn't have the ability to hold many stores.

Shops and services in the original corridor:

Upper Level:
Quick Test - A survey company. They take surveys of mall shoppers for various uses.

Lower Level:
No tenants.
