As one of Tampa's major parks, Gadsden Park offers many amenities and opportunities to every member of the family. Gadsden Park contains one of Tampa's Greenway Trails: MacDill Trail. It's a 1.47-mile asphalt trail consisting of two loops; the Lake Gadsden loop, which is 0.88 miles, and the play area loop, which is 0.59 miles. Gadsden Park amenities include picnic tables and shelters, restrooms, ball fields, dog park, playground and fishing lake.
