This Arabic school is an excellent Arabic school under SBT(Sekolah Berprestasi Tinggi) project of Ministry of Education of Malaysia.. SBT is a Malay word, for the school of high performance. To get the status of the school of high performance the school must firstly attained the level of cluster school. To obtain the level of cluster school, the challenge is quite tough, before moving forward to gain another tougher and final which is ultimate goal created from Minister of Education, so far. For your information, beginning from achieving the cluster school, the head of school either the headmaster / the headmistress or the principal . will be given the sum of money and other teaching profession staff as well as to the administrative ones. Thus, their allocating money annually is greater than other schools which are not yet achieved the status of cluster. But once they have already been there, I mean have achieved the cluster school, they must retain their status in term of everything will be measured off and on. And their achievements must always be maintained in every aspects that has already stipulated in the charter which has been ratified between the top management levels of schools and the representatives of Ministry of Education and the agency that has already been appointed to supervise this project of cluster school and the school of high performance. Whenever the school has qualified to be conferred a SBT level( a high performance schools), the schools will be administered as an autonomous schools, which means the SBT schools have less dependence with Ministry of Education, the main function of MOE will be limited to give an allotment which certainly much bigger than the cluster status of schools. Much less with the ordinary school that even not yet reaching the status of cluster school.

You might want to ask me what the positives or otherwise(the negative ones), which we can say the implication of this program . The positives are the schools can take action to the students whoms are really bad. Either bad in performance or bad in morals, without waiting for the burecracy that normally are very long and the Ministry itself to request school to discipline the student. One of the negative implication is that the head of school is human beings, they might say that, they always being fair and square while giving directions or orders, but we as a human beings cannot guarantee we can control our emotions because, sometimes we are under pressure or tension, which cannot be seen from people around us, we still want to defend our directions or actions. According the principle of SBT school, the MOE will leave to the head of school a full power to give the direction or instruction on the small matters. But, you might hear someone used to say that, small matter but the implication are big. thanks SORRY FOR THE LENGTH!!!
