'Roundwood Manor' is situated in the suburb of Hunting Valley east of Cleveland, it was built between 1920-27 at an estimated cost of 2 million by the brothers O. P. and M. J. Van Sweringen (developers of Shaker Heights and Terminal Tower). The original estate ('Daisy Hill Farm') was over 500 acres. The 17,000 sq ft main house now sits on 7 acres. It has 9 fireplaces, a 60 ft indoor pool and has appeared in the pages of Architectural Digest and Country Life of America.
