  • After completing a year not much construction work is done. Why?
  • One of my friends who has booked a flat in Paradise City has got a demand from HDIL to pay VAT. Despite no construction work going on, there is the demand demand for VAT. Can anybody throw some light on this demand for VAT, and of course somebody please post some update about any progress in the construction activity. Many investors believe that investing in real estate is one of the safest and the best way of investing. Can we say that about HDIL PARADISE CITY ?????????????? Have we all been taken for a RIDE ?????????????? All we can do is HOPE and PRAY real hard and hope against hope
  • vijay they are saying its government charges and asking for vat and servie tax both even i got demand letter form hdil for the same and there is no progressof work atleast from last 8 to 9 months lets hope the work will start soon
  • Hi PP, I guess all who booked got the same demand .Actually there is no progress of work for almost over one year. The guys at HDIL Office say that they will give the possession as per the agreement. So well we can hope ............ and of course do not forget to PRAY and PRAY real hard. ALL THE BEST TO ALL OF US WHO BOOKED FLATS IN HDIL PARADISE CITY.

  • i went to kurla office after diwali only they are asking for payments of service tax and vat tax now they are also asking interest on the same still there is no progress of work and also they are asking for the payments saying that some banks are disbursing the loan only pmc bank are not giving disbursment has any body got loan disbursement from any bank kindly guide thanksss
  • i jitendra kumar asking all required papers for loan from sbi but hdil is failed to provide so and asking interest what is solution . i have already taken noc for sbi one year back please advise what to do

  • I have booked in paradise city palghar in 2010 and till now I have paid about 2 lakhs up to 2011 ,but till now their is no progress in work. I have visited Bandra office but they reply me that the work will complete in 2016 . and this reply is given every year that work will complete in 2013,2014,2015. As a investor I did not find any way or solution. HDIL not clarifying the reason for delay in work. When will we get our home we do not know?

  • booked in which year? march 2015 is already passed.. and sec1 they said they i ll hand over possesion by end 2015
  • visited last sunday 21st feb 2016 .... white wash on bldgs done ... internal work on pop floor etc going on in some bldgs in sector 1 .... looks like they should give possession of sector 1 by april or may be may month

  • I have issued two notices for financial loss due to inordinate delay. There is no reply to any one of the notice. I propose to take legal action against HDIL soon.
  • This builder is hopeless. Stuck with money in HDIL Palghar project. Hope he gives possession soon.
  • I GOT A CALL FROM THE BUILDER ASKING FOR MONEY. HE SAYS WORK HAS STARTED AGAIN AND I NEED TO PAY FOR SECTOR 3 PHASE 1. WHAT SHOULD I DO? ANY UPDATE ON THE CONSTRUCTION?
