  Never be recommended to purchase the Flat over hrre.Very bad experience to the Existing Society Members.Low quality facilities provided to the members. Although its your own risk. But forgrt about Paisa Wasul

  I will not recommend anyone to purchase flat in this scheme. These guys are not professional builders. Poor construction quality, using low quality material. it is not reliable at all. Collecting huge amount for maintenance and not providing anything……….Think twice before booking

  Heramb Residency- good construction quality, 2 side open flats 2 flat on each floor, Camera security system, clean & neat
