Opened in 1947 as Sears, designed by Roland H. Crawford. One of the last examples of streamlined late Art Deco, before it gave way to Googie, International, etc. of the 1950s. Closed in 2017.
Converted to a mixed-use complex called Mark 302, containing offices, shops and restaurants, opened 2020.
