A great place to live, given it's proximity to the Best Buy Campus and other important locations. The price is great for the quality/size of the appartments. Their renters brochure claims Crossroads At Penn has one of the largest out door swimming pools in the state.
The only down side to these appartments is the smell in the halls. Each hall has a different unpleasent odor made of a combination of the tenants own stench.
