  • Very recently I have been to emani. I have visited our beloved school which gave foundation bread and butter of life. I remembered Sri Leela Prasad Jampala who used to cycle daily from Duggirala religiously to our school whois our Head Master and English teacher. Immmidialy I recollect Achaiah, the school peon who receive the Head Master and collect his belongings and park his cycle in the office. This is person achiah who keeps the time of the school by ranging the school bell period after period which a small peice of rail hanging in front of the HM's Office.I am very happy to see the idol of Chaduvula Saraswati in the school premises. I have visited my beloved place Sivalayam and prayed Lord Agastheswara by his name I am also called the my grand father name is also tagged with my name. I am very proud to visit my birth place where my father and fore fathers lived and served the village whith serivice Ayurveda medicine. Patimeeda is the central place where all the important activity of the village is taken place. I wonder th e place has become very modern and the found of our constitution have taken over the central place relagating the Father of Nation to a Corner. It is surely the indication of modernisation f village and the centre is full of people jostling each other. I could not locate the Mallu Coffe Hotel, or Rghavaih coffe hotel or Siva Koti hotel Nor Namburi veeraswamy soda shop or Sadanandarao pan shop or Bhdrachalam hair cutting shop nor Sarma's medical shop or Narasimharaoos medical shop .Kanyaka Parameswari choultry is sprucied up. I could neigher meed any body inthe center nor any body recognised me there. A cool 60 years passed from my birth. Kallepalli sweet shop near ramalayam and the library ok. What about Munsuf kachheri.YH rao Munisiff. Boothula subbarao garu, all are sweet memories. It is real tranform yet no change if yous see the cloth shop of Kasiviswanadhams and the coultry opp. to his shop. our old house which no more ours is rebuillt and is having a new look with kiran shop in on of the houses. I t was becoming dark and i have to leve the place more I could not visit. I hope to make a more leisure trip one day with old frineds and exchangae plesentaries. Thank you friends for sharing my thoughts and experience of visit my beloved Birth Placae EMANI ON 24th April Agasthy Mudigonda(SSLC Batch 1968)
