5-story office building completed sometime in the late 1800s as a store-and-lofts building. It is wedge-shaped, growing wider towards the rear of the lot, from a 4-bay frontage on Broadway. The facade is dark-grey cast-iron, with ornamented piers and very narrow columns between the bays. A grey metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Universe Antiques.
