Opened since September 2012, this 40-storey (243 m) 5-star hotel and mixed-use building was designed by Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo www.watg.com/ a reputable architecture firm. This 450-rooms hotel cost about RM360 million to construct. The construction cost was financed by Brunei Investment Agency www.mof.gov.bn/ an investment arm of Brunei's Ministry of Finance. The hotel is currently managed by Hyatt Hotels Corporation, an international operator of hotels.
