Estate home designed c. 1918 in the Tudor style by Hoppin & Koen for Sterling Postley {financier}. Postley served as a partner in the Hutton & Co. investment firm. Hicks Nurseries supplied plantings for the estate in the early 1920's.

It was subsequently owned by Flora Macdonald Bonney who renamed the estate "Sunstar Hill".
