Also known as Thiru Venkata Natha Temple.
Destroyed by Muslim Invaders/Terrorists. The temple was constructed by Achyuta Raya successor of Sri Krishna Deva Raya). It is a beautiful and grand temple, but unfortunately pillaged by the marauders of Muslim dynasties of Deccan, as a consequence of Battle of Tallikota in 1565 A.D. One can appreciate the grandeur of the temple,when it is seen from the nearby hillock.
