AKA the "bus barn", a service and storage garage for the city buses. This facility will be relocated to land south of Montgomery Place. Construction on the new garages is scheduled to begin in 2015.

The property has been occupied by the city transit department since 1913, with the current buildings constructed between 1948 and 1984. As of 2015, a collective of artists is proposing a redevelopment of the bus barns.
