How to reach there.

The Mahadevapura police station is on Whitefield Main Road, Mahadevapura.

1. Diagonally opposite to HP (Hewlett Packard)(Opposite right )
2. Diagonally opposite to Bimal Auto Agency showrrom(Opposite Left)
3. On the same side of the road as the HP petrol bunk (Hindustan Petroleum Petrol Bunk)
4. On the same side of the road as Pheonix market City Mall
To be specific it is between 1, 2 on the opp of the road
and also between 3, 4 on the same side of the road

if you are coming from KR Puram-Tin Factory/Railway station by road, watch out for the huge Hewlett Packard campus on the right and the Shell Petrol bunk on the left and Then the HP petrol bunk on the left. Its after that on the left hand of the road.

If you are coming from ITPL/Hoodi by road watch out for the huge Pheonix market City campus on the right and the Bimal Auto Agency on the left. Its after that, on the right hand side of the road.

I had gone there for my wife's Passport police verification and i got it done within half an hour. Was a good guy who attended us. and also we had all the documents, photo etc handy

If you are contacted by any officers there please note down the number and keep it handy.

Confirm the time when the officer or someone responsible for police verification are there when you reach there.
(I got my job done on a sunday!, but had confirmed he is available there in the afternoon)

You need original proofs along with upto 3 copies of your proofs, on a case to case basis.
Please confirm with the officer the documenst reqd and the no of copies of each required. to avoid going again and again.

1. PP Application details / printout of the acknowledgement.
1.a. old passport copy depending on your case/fresh /renewal etc

1. PP Photos (confirm the number) keep some extra copies handy may be 1-3 copies are reqd

2. Address proof (phone bill bank statement, rental agreement(check whether possible with the officer) etc) original and copies

You may also require items below depending upon whether it is your current address or your previous address verified.

3. Age proof (10th Pass certificate(SSLC)/Degee / birth certificate with with Date of birth, nationality should help you)

4. ID proof like pan card, DL, etc...

5. Letters from two neighbours stating that they know you from such and such date and your are living in the said address and your conduct and character is good with their contact numbers and their address, may be you can keep your and their job/designation specified as well.
keep 1 or 2 copies signed by them you may be asked extra

4. A declaration mentioning the below details addressed to the inspector
your name
citizen ship(by birth etc)
you are not involved in any criminal activities
where are you working your designation
your current address period of stay from to present
your previous address(if applicable and if the verification is for previous address) and period of stay from dd/mm/yy to dd/mm/yy
-requesting him to do the needful
