754-foot, 68-story modernist hotel completed in 2013. Designed by Nobutaka Ashihara, it contains two separate hotels, a Courtyard by Marriott and a Residence Inn. It is the tallest stand-alone hotel building (without office or residential space) in New York. The Courtyard hotel caters to business and leisure travelers, while the Residence Inn offers all-suite accommodation for longer stays. The property also incorporate leased retail and restaurant space.

The hotels share a main entrance and arrival lobby on 54th Street, with public areas for the Residence Inn on the 3rd floor and for the Courtyard on the 4th floor. Guest rooms for the Courtyard are located on floors 6 through 32 and for Residence Inn on floors 36 through 64, with separate elevator banks to serve the guestrooms and public areas for each brand. There are a total of 639 rooms, with 378 in the Courtyard and 261 suites in the Residence Inn.

The building is clad almost entirely in highly-reflective silver-blue glass. The main entrance on 54th Street is framed by stainless-steel columns and covered by a frosted glass-and-metal canopy. To the left is an entrance to the underground parking garage. Two large projecting flagpoles also flank the entry at the ground floor. There are additional rounded, stainless-steel columns along the Broadway frontage, with a secondary entrance at the north end, covered by a projecting metal canopy.

The base rises for four extra-tall floors before setting back to the lower part of the main tower, which is angled on the east side to align with Broadway (matching the base), and has a chamfered southwest corner. This section ends at the 35th floor, ringed by dark-grey metal bands near the bottom and top. The next section is set farther back on the north, east, and south sides, resulting in a quite skinny upper tower. The east facade rotates to align with the regular street grid, and the chamfered corner continues at the southwest. This section also has dark-grey metal bands near the bottom and top. Above the main roof line, there is a tall 6-story mechanical housing clad in the same glass, narrower and rotated 45-degrees to the street grid. It has three thinner metal bands.
