Ahena (from the Irish, Áth hÉuna, meaning "Enna's Ford") is a 256 acre townland near the village of Carrowmore in County Mayo. It contains ten households and lies 1.5 km north of the River Robe. The land is used for farming with some bog at the south end, below the scanty remains of Ahena Castle, an old Norman ruin.
