Iberia is an unincorporated community in section 16 of Stark Township, Brown County, Minnesota.

Originally settled in 1864, Iberia at one time had a grist mill along the Big Cottonwood River, three saloons with dance halls, two blacksmiths, two stores, a mill built in 1872 and closed in 1882, and a few residences and other buildings. A post office was established from 1870-1893.
