A hilly town and the seat of government for Nnewi South LGA of Anambra State. The rock and stones found in and around Ukpor are rusty and might indicate the presence of some yet to be discoverd iron or other forms of metalic elements. Due to the rough and hilly nature of its terrain, the access roads in this area are notoriously bad.
