Twenty-first century is undoubtedly the age of technical education when we pass through liberalization, globalization and most importantly experience economic depression round the globe. In the period of tough competition, the need of the hour is to produce quality techno crafts who can face the competition and excel in their respective field of interest. To train the next generation and make them self-dependent, able and earning members of society has become social responsibility in general. Because of rapid development in industry and technology, an increasing need has been felt to equip the young men and women with technical education.
Keeping this view in mind PNS School of Engineering and Technology has been established. Just like necessity paves the way to invention-PNS School got established fulfilling the long standing necessity of technical education (Engineering School) in the district of Kendrapara for the first time. The sole motto behind establishing such an institute is to provide quality technical education to the rural based students at an affordable price; who earlier had to rush to far off places bearing huge financial burden.The institute is named after, Late Mr. Purna Chandra Swain an entrepreneur the father of Mr. Ranendra Kumar Swain founder Chairman, PNS Educational Trust, who himself is a dynamic entrepreneur and man of innovation with tremendous zeal for success. He believes in the fundamental Mantra of success i.e. hard work, dedication and commitment to achieve the goal.
