This is the home Richard T. Burke, founder of what became UnitedHealth Group and onetime owner of the Phoenix Coyotes. Burke founded the company and took in public in 1984. He currently is Chair of the Board of UnitedHealth Group, has been a member of our Board of Directors since inception. He was Chief Executive Officer of UnitedHealthcare, Inc., its predecessor corporation, until February 1988. From 1995 until February 2001, Mr. Burke was the owner, Chief Executive Officer and Governor of the Phoenix Coyotes, a National Hockey League team. Mr. Burke currently serves as a director of Meritage Homes Corporation. In the past five years, he has also served as a director of First Cash Financial Services, Inc.
