The Grande' is a residential and commertial mix use complex. At the heart of Bahria town in phase 2. THE GRANDE provides different type of apartments ie studio(450 sqft), one bedroom (670 sqft), Two bedroom (1230 sqft)@ rs 4500/ sq feet. These apartment are expected to provide rental income of 0.8 percent / month and are availaible at easy installments.
