The 3 km wide cove indenting for 1.2 km the NW coast of Varna Peninsula between Slab Point to the N and Kotis Point to the S. Bulgarian topographic survey Tangra 2004/05. Named after the Iskar Gorge settlement of Eliseyna in Western Bulgaria.
