Kenneth Wessels was the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Strong Financial Corporation from December 2003 through December 2004, where he remains a member of the board of directors. Mr. Wessels was Chief Executive Officer of Dain Rauscher Wessels and a director of Dain Rauscher, Inc., from March 1998 to May 2000. Prior to joining Dain Rauscher, Mr. Wessels was Chief Executive Officer of Wessels, Arnold & Henderson, an investment banking firm which he founded in 1986. He currently serves on the board of directors of P.F. Chang's.
