FISHER MALL (Old Pantranco Station)
Full-scale development work on the Fisher Mall, touted to be thre next upscale shopping destination in Metro Manila, will soon get underway with the appointment of the general contractor and other service contractors that will handle the various aspects of the multi billion - peso project owned by Mallers Investment Inc.,
The appointment was sealed during the signing of the general contracting service agreement between officials of Mallers Investment led by its chairman Roberto N. del Rosario and Metro Stonerich led by Engr. Bong Nuno, President; and witnessed by Paul del Rosario and Robert Raymond del Rosario, Mallers Vice-Chairman and President, respectively; and world class architect Felino N. Palafox, Jr., President of Palafox & Associates.
Metro Stonerich an ISO 9001:2008 certified firm and a category "AAA" licensee from the Philippine Contractors Accreditation board (PCAB) will manage and supervise the general construction work on the 104,000- square meter shopping mall.
Fisher Mall is positioned to join the league of the country's elite commercial centers and draw millions of shoppers and customers because of its numerous world-class facilities and amenities designed to meet their specific needs. It will host numerous establishment-tenants that will offer a wide variety of the latest and newest retail products and services that cater to the fashion, household and technology needs of each and every customer.
It is also poised to become a visible attraction to millions of daily commuters and motorists, especially to visitors from points north of Manila who enter the city through the shopping center's familiar location that serves as gateway to the urban center.
