This building was originally built as the "Western Sports Club" with boxing gym on the first floor, some kind of restaurant on the second floor, and residences on the third floor. In recent years, this building has housed the Supervised Injection Site on the ground floor. The upper floors are currently being renovated to house "pre-tox" beds.
