The Queen's Garden

 park, garden

When the Monastery was inhabitated by the friars, this was where the orchad and the vegetable garden were located. Today, it is a classical garden, in contrast to the rest of the Park, of Romantic inspiration. It is called "Jardim da Rainha" (The Queen's Garden), because it is thought to be dedicated to Queen Amelia.
